DESCRIPTION :
M 1104 is a medium density polyethylene insulation compound designed for high extrusion speeds. Suitable antioxidant has been incorporated in the base polymer to meet the requirements of telecommunications and radio frequency cable compound. It is suitable both for dry and petroleum jelly filled cables.

SPECIFICATION :
PP-COM-1001 meets the requirements as below when processed under standard extrusion practices.

RECOMMENDED CONDITIONS :

Extruder
The compound can be extruded in an extruder with 20:1 to 24:1 L:D ratio under a wide range of conditions without affecting the natural property.
Conductor preheating : 70-100°C
