DESCRIPTION
:
P-11060CT is manufactured by compounding polypropylene homopolymer with fine grade of 10 micron chalk and talc. Additives like antioxidant ,lubricant processing aid and desiccant are added to improve long term thermal and process ability. The master batch when diluted with desired grades of polypropylene shows good dispersibility and excellent balance of properties in the ultimate product.

Properties after dilution of P-11060 CT with 10 MFI
polypropylene homopolymer and 3.5 MFI Polypropylene copolymer in
the ratio of 1:1:1.
Drying :
The compound should be dried 70 deg.C for 30 min in hopper prior to its use.
Storage :
The material shall be dried in a dry cool place.
