
DESCRIPTION
:
P-10015-D is a thermoplastic polyethylene compound with 2.5% carbon black,suitable antioxident and other process additives. The compound is specially designed provide excellent balance of properties and also good extrudability. P-10015-D is suitable for sheating and jacketing of PIJF cables.

EXTRUSION CONDITION :
Extruder
Most modern thermoplastic extruders will process this material. Extruder should have L:D ratio of 24:1 and compression of 3:1
Drying
The compound should be dried 70deg C for min in hopper prior to its use
Screen pack: 30/100/30
Head and Tool design
Tubing type tool will give most satisfactory
extrudate. A draw down ratio 2:5:! Is recommended.
