
DESCRIPTION
:
P-10015 C is manufactured from high density polyethylene and contains 2.5% carbon black, suitable antioxidant and other additives to obtain excellent balance of properties and good extrudability.P-10015 Cis UV stabilized and termite resistant . The compound is suitable for use as sheating compound for metal free OF Cable and also for Armoured OF cable for direct burial.

EXTRUSION CONDITION :
Extruder
Most modern thermoplastic extruders will process this material. Extruder should have L:D ratio of 24:1 and compression of 3:1
Drying
The compound should be dried 70deg C for min in hopper prior to its use
Screen pack: 30/100/30
Head and Tool design
Tubing type tool will give most satisfactory extrudate. A draw down ratio 2:5:! Is recommended.
