Stabiliser Master Batch - Grade - P-93010
DESCRIPTION
:
P-
93010UV is a high molecular weight hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS)
master batch based on polyolefins. It contains blends of stabilisers dispersed in the polymer matrix in the state of the art plant to give excellent performance in extreme elimatic condition.

Compatibility : L.DPE, LLDPE, HDPF, PPCP & PPHP, EVA
MATERIAL HANDLING :
It is preferable to pre-blend masterbatches and polymer in a tumbler or mixer before feeding in hopper. In case of direct addition in to hooper care should be taken in thorough physical mixing.
ADDITION LEVELS :
The following addition levels are recommended.
UV stability up to 2 years
- 1 to 3 %
Long term stability up to 5 years - 3 to 8 %
The above dosages are for guidance only but dependent on the basic thermal stabilisation of the raw material, pigment or other additive used in the product, actual place of use processing conditions and other factors.

Films – greenhouse, agricultural , heavy duts bags, tarpaulins etc.
Blow molded products
Rotomolding products
Woven fabrics
Artificial mattings or lawns
Molded products – furniture, profiles ,pipes, luggage, automobile parts etc
PACKING :
25 kg laminated woven bags
STORAGE :
To be stored in a cool dry place below 25 C although not very sensitive to heat and humidity proper storage will prolong the storage life of the product.
N.B. : Other UV masterbatch can be custom made suiting particular application with different base polymer and other additives like antioxidant.
